Saturday March 26, 2005 at The Curtis Grobe Chateau
Curtis and Jeanne Grobe were kind enough to host our wedding shower at their beautiful house in Austin Texas over the Easter Holiday. After an amzing dose of San Antonio spring weather on Saturday, the rain held off long enough for us to celebrate. Hosted by Stacy's Aunts, Patsy, Allie, Carol, Charlotte, Kay Kay, and Jeanne, the event was wondeful. It was a great opportunity for Sean's parents to meet some of the Grobes and experience a bit of Texas hospitality. Everyone had a chance to experience some good old fashioned family favorites such as "Mexican Chicken," homemade hot sauce and tamales. In this picture we're practicing for the "Big Day."
